This Office Memorandum from the Department of Personnel & Training clarifies and extends the period of ad hoc promotion to the grade of Director within the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS). Subject: Corrigendum regarding Promotion to the Grade of Director, CSS on ad hoc basis – Extension of period.
The undersigned is directed to refer to O.M. of even number dated $1^{\text {st }}$ May, 2015 regarding extension of period of ad hoc promotion to the grade of Director up to 30.06.2016 of all the officers covered under this Department’s Order No.3/1/2011-CS.I (D) dated 30.4.2014, 02.05.2014, 13.05.2014, 28.05.2014, 17.07.2014 and 10.11.2014 and to say that the period of extension may be read as up to 30.4 .2016 or till the posts are filled up on regular basis or till further orders, whichever is earlier, subject to vigilance clearance.
2. All the concerned cadre authorities are requested to take note of above.
