Subject: Zone of consideration for inclusion in Select List of Section Officers’ Grade of CSS for the years 2009, 2010 and 2011 against Seniority Quota – regarding
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OMs of even number dated 25.09 .2013 and subsequent reminders dated 01.01 .2014 , 06.02.2014, 03.03.2014 and 29.04.2014 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the information regarding recommendation of the DPC for promotion of eligible officers to the Section Officers’ Grade of CSS for the Select List Years 2009, 2010 and 2011 against Seniority Quota was required to be furnished in the prescribed proforma by 15.10 .2013 .
2. The status of the information received from the cadre units as on date has been compiled and attached as Annexure. It may be seen that, the complete information for all the three Select List years is still awaited from many cadre units.
3. In view of the above, the defaulting Cadre Units are once again requested to expedite the requisite information in the prescribed proforma without any further delay to enable this Department to finalize the Select Lists for these years.
