OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Section Officers’ Grade-Inclusion in the Select List for the years 2009, 2010 and 2011 against Seniority QuotaRegarding

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM No.6/1/2015-CS-I(S) dated 16.01.2015, 6/2/2015-CS-I(S) dated 20.01.2015 and 6/3/2015-CS-I(S) dated 21.01.2015, wherein Select Lists for years 2009, 2010 and 2011 respectively in the Section Officers’ Grade of CSS against Seniority Quota, were issued.
2. The information about the DPC recommendation i.e. whether found fit or not, has not yet been received in respect of 71 officers (as per list attached) included in the zone, from the concerned cadre units.
3. The cadre units concerned are once again requested to conduct DPCs in respect of these officers, if not already held, and furnish the information about DPC recommendations to this Department immediately so that the Select Lists for subsequent years could also be finalized.
