Subject: Section Officers’ Grade-Inclusion in the Select List for the years 2009, 2010 and 2011 against Seniority Quota-Regarding
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM No.6/1/2015-CS-I(S) dated 16.01.2015, 6/2/2015-CS-I(S) dated 20.01.2015 and 6/3/2015-CS-I(S) dated 21.01.2015, wherein Select Lists for years 2009, 2010 and 2011 respectively in the Section Officers’ Grade of CSS against Seniority Quota, were issued. Reference is also invited to reminder OMs of even number dated 20.05.2015, 01.06.2015, 16.07.2015 and 20.08.2015.
2. The information about the DPC recommendation i.e. whether found fit or not, is still awaited in respect of 19 officers (as per list attached) included in the zone/supplementary zone for these years, from the concerned cadre units. As regards the cases where non-availability of ACRs has been intimated as reason for non-conduct of DPCs, the cadre units may ensure that instructions contained in para 6.2.1 of this Department’s OM No.22011/5/86-Estt.(D) dated 10.04.1989 read with amendment issued vide OM No.22011/7/98-Estt.(D) dated 06.10.2000 are followed.
3. The cadre units concerned are once again requested to conduct DPCs in respect of these officers, if not already held, and furnish the information about DPC recommendations to this Department along with notifications/orders issued in respect of officers, who have been promoted. It should be ensured that the notifications/orders in respect of retired officers, who have been found fit by the DPC, are not issued.
