Subject: Inclusion in Section Officers Select List (SOSL) of CSS against Seniority Quota for the SL year 2022 – Grant of Proforma Promotion – regarding.
In continuation to this Department’s order dated 29.07.2022 and consequent upon their inclusion in the Section Officers Select List (SQ) for the year 2022, pursuant to the relevant promotion orders issued by this Department from time to time and in terms of extant instructions, proforma promotion is granted to the following officers who are presently on deputation as under:-

The Ministries/Departments/cadre units from where these officers proceeded on deputation are requested to notify the grant of proforma promotion to these officers and their inclusion in the respective SOSL (SQ)-w.e.f. the date of promotion of their immediate juniors in the relevant SL year, as indicated in column 7 above, subject to their vigilance clearance and fulfillment of all other conditions specified in the respective promotion orders for the applicable Select List year.
