Subject: Preparation of Select Lists of Grade I (Under Secretary) for the years 2006, 2007 \& 2008 – Furnishing of CR dossiers/ACRs/Vigilance Clearance /Integrity Certificate etc.
The undersigned is directed to state that Select Lists of Grade I (Under Secretary) of the CSS for the years 2006, $2007 \& 2008$ are likely to be taken up soon for its preparation in consultation with the UPSC. For this purpose, the complete CR dossiers, Vigilance Clearance, Integrity Certificate, status of disciplinary proceedings and minor/major penalty statement, if any in respect of Section Officers of the CSS, belong to Select Lists 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999 \& 2000 are required immediately. It is requested that the aforesaid information in respect of all Section Officers as mentioned above may be sent to this Department urgently and in any case latest by $20^{\text {th }}$ June, 2009.
