Consequent upon their inclusion in the Select List of Grade-I (Under Secretary) of CSS for the year 2011 vide O.M. of even number dated 23.09.2013 and 26.02.2014 and in terms of extant instructions, proforma promotion is granted to the following officers who are presently on deputation as under:
