ORDER
Consequent upon his inclusion in the USSL-2013 vide DoPTs O.M. No.5/6/2014-CS.I(U) dated 23.01.2015, Shri Tony Pyloth (CSL No.6179) is transferred from Ministry of Home Affairs to Ministry of Information \& Broadcasting.
2. Shri Tony Pyloth may be relieved immediately to join Ministry of Information \& Broadcasting to avail promotion subject to the condition that he is clear from vigilance angle in terms of this Departments O.M. No.22034/4/2012-Estt.(D) dated 02.11.2012 and other relevant instructions on the subject.
3. Copy of notification issued for the appointment of the officer in the grade of US should be endorsed to this Department at the earliest for record.
4. Other terms and conditions of promotion to the Grade I (Under Secretary) on regular basis will remain the same as contained in this Departments O.M. dated 23.01.2015.
