OFFICE ORDER

Consequent upon inclusion of her name in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select List of CSS for the year 2007, Ms. Sanjukta Ray, a Grade I (Under Secretary) officer of CSS is hereby promoted as Deputy Secretary of CSS on regular basis.
2. On her promotion as Deputy Secretary she will continue in the Prime Minister’s Office on deputation basis.
3. Her pay and allowances etc. are to be fixed under FR 22 (1)(a)(i) w.e.f. the date of taking over the charge of Deputy Secretary on regular basis. She is, however, eligible for notional fixation of pay w.e.f. $1^{\text {st }}$ July of the Select List Year.

In partial modification of earlier order of even number dated $29^{\text {th }}$ May, 2009, Shri S.P.Veer, a Grade I (Under Secretary) officer of CSS is hereby permitted to continue in the Ministry of Information \& Broadcasting, against the vacancy of Shri V.A.K.Nambiar, for promotion as Deputy Secretary of CSS on regular basis.
2. His pay and allowances etc. are to be fixed under FR 22 (1)(a)(i) w.e.f. the date of taking over the charge of Deputy Secretary on regular basis. He is, however, eligible for notional fixation of pay w.e.f. $1^{\text {st }}$ July of the Select List Year.
