ORDER
Consequent upon inclusion in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select Lists of CSS for the year 2007, Shri Lucas L Kamsuan, Grade I (Under Secretary) officer of CSS, presently working in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare is hereby posted to the Ministry of Minority Affairs for promotion as Deputy Secretary of CSS on regular basis.
2. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare is requested to relieve the officer to join the Ministry of Minority Affairs without waiting for a substitute to enable him to avail his regular promotion to Selection Grade in the CSS.
3. The pay and allowances etc of officer are to be fixed under FR 22(1)(a)(i) with effect from the date of taking over the charge of Deputy Secretary on regular basis. The officer is, however, eligible for notional fixation of pay with effect from $1^{\text {st }}$ July of the Select List year.
