Consequent upon their inclusion in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select List (part) of CSS for the year 2009, the following Grade I (Under Secretary) officers of CSS are hereby posted to the Ministry/Department mentioned against their names on promotion as Deputy Secretary of CSS on regular basis w.e.f the date of assumption of the charge :

- Ministries/Departments concerned, where the officers are presently working, are requested to relieve the officers to join the Ministry/Department where they have been nominated as above without waiting for a substitute to enable them to avail their regular promotion to Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) in the CSS. Orders for posting of substitutes are being issued separately.
- The promotions of the above officers are subject to final orders of Hon’ble CAT in OA No. 1864/2009 presently pending before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata in the matter relating to Ms Garima Singh Vs UOI & Ors.
