OFFICE ORDER
In supersession of this Department’s earlier Office Order of even number dated 30.06.2010, consequent upon their inclusion in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select List (part) of CSS for the year 2009, the following Grade I (Under Secretary) officers of CSS are hereby posted to the Ministry/Department mentioned against their names on promotion as Deputy Secretary of CSS on regular basis w.e.f the date of assumption of the charge:

- Ministries/Departments concerned, where the officers are presently working, are requested to relieve the officers to join the Ministry/Department where they have been nominated as above without waiting for a substitute to enable them to avail their regular promotion to Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) in the CSS. Orders for posting of substitutes are being issued separately.
- The promotions of the above officers are subject to final orders of Hon’ble CAT in OA No. 1864/2009 presently pending before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata in the matter relating to Ms Garima Singh Vs UOI & Ors.
