OFFICE ORDER
Consequent upon inclusion in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select List of CSS for the year 2010 (part), Shri V.P. Gupta, a Grade I (Under Secretary) of CSS in the Department of Disinvestments is hereby promoted as Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of CSS and retained in the Department of Disinvestment w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge against an existing vacant post of Deputy Secretary under the Central Staffing Scheme in that Department temporarily diverted to CSS.
- The above promotion is subject to final orders of Hon’ble CAT in OA No.1864/2009 presently pending before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata in the matter relating to Ms Garima Singh Vs UOI & Ors.
