OFFICE ORDER
Consequent upon inclusion of their names in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select List of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) for the year 2009, the President is pleased to grant pro-forma promotion as Deputy Secretaries w.e.f. 01-04-2010 and 17-06-2010 respectively under the next below rules to S/Shri Ashim Bose and Ajay Kanoujia, CSS, Under Secretary presently holding the post of Assistant Registrar DRT-II, Kolkata and of Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs to handle the work of local Commission set up by Supreme Court.
- The benefit of proforma promotion to Shri Ajay Kanojia Under Secretary of CSS will, however, be subject to final order of Hon’ble CAT in OA No. 1864 of 2009 pending before the Hon’ble CAT, Calcutta in the matter relating to Ms. Garima Singh Vs UOI & Ors.
