OFFICE ORDER
Consequent upon inclusion of their names in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select List of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) for the year 2010, the President is pleased to grant pro-forma promotion as Deputy Secretaries w. e. f. 01-10-2010 under the next below rules to S/Shri N Krishna Pillai and S Hariharan, CSS. Under Secretaries presently holding the post of Assistant Registrar in the DRT, Mumbai and Joint Chief in NMCC, New Delhi respectively.
- The benefit of proforma promotion to Shri N Krishna Pillai and Shri S Hariharan. Under Secretaries of CSS will, however, be subject to final order of Hon’ble CAT in OA No. 1864 of 2009 filed before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata by Ms. Garima Singh Vs UOI & Ors. (since transferred to CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi).
