Consequent upon inclusion in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select Lists of CSS for the year 2010, the following Grade I (Under Secretary) officers of CSS are hereby promoted as Deputy Secretaries of CSS on regular basis and posted to the Ministry/Department mentioned against their names:-

- All concerned Ministries/Departments, where the officers are presently working are requested to relieve the officers immediately without waiting for a substitute to enable them to avail their regular promotion to Selection Gadre in the CSS. Orders for posting of substitutes will be issued separately.
- The above promotions of officers are subject to final orders in OA No.1864/2009 filed before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata by Ms. Garima Singh Vs. Union of India and Ors. (since transferred to CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi).
