ORDER
Consequent upon inclusion of his name in the CSS Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select List, 2010 vide this Department’s O.M. of even number dated $7^{\text {th }}$ June, 2013, Shri L Haokip (CSL No. 3954-A) is promoted as Deputy Secretary on regular basis w.e.f 9.12 .2010 , i.e., from the date his junior has been promoted.
3. On promotion as Deputy Secretary, his pay would be fixed under FR 27 at the stage it would have reached, had he been promoted from the date the officer immediately below him was promoted, but no arrears would be admissible.
