ORDER
In continuation to this Department’s Order No. 4/3/2022-CS.I(D)(vii) dated 29.06.2022, approval of the President is hereby conveyed for inclusion of Shri Yogendra Prasad Ojha, (CSL No. 6617) in the Selection Grade Select List (SGSL) of Central Secretariat Services for the year 2018 (Deputy Secretary Grade) at S.No.165-A: above Shri Manoj Kumar Sharma (CSL No.6618) (S.No.166) and below Shri Gopal (CSL No.6616) (S.No.165). The order is subject to the conditions stipulated in the aforementioned order dated 29.06.2022.
2. The inclusion of officer in SGSL-2018 will remain subject to further orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the Civil Appeal No. 629 of 2022 arising out of SLP(C) No.30621/2011 titled Shri Jarnail Singh \& Ors. Vs. Lachhmi Narain Gupta \& Ors., and other connected matters.
