ORDER
In continuation to this Department’s Order No. 4/3/2022-CS.I(D)(ii) dated 29.06.2022, approval of the President is hereby conveyed for inclusion of Shri Sanjay Kumar, (CSL No. 4858-A) in the Selection Grade Select List (SGSL) of Central Secretariat Services for the year 2013 (Deputy Secretary Grade) at S.No.72-A: above Shri Atyananda (CSL No.4866-A) (S.No.73) and below Shri Kashi Nath (CSL No. 6102) (S.No.72). The order is subject to the conditions stipulated in the aforementioned order dated 29.06.2022.
2. The inclusion of officer in SGSL-2013 will remain subject to further orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the Civil Appeal No. 629 of 2022 arising out of SLP(C) No. 30621/2011 titled Shri Jarnail Singh \& Ors. V. Lachhmi Narain Gupta \& Ors., and other connected matters.
