ORDER
In continuation to this Department’s Order No. 4/3/2022-CS.I(D)(iii) dated 29.06.2022, approval of the President is hereby conveyed for inclusion of Shri Prakash Chand Meena, (CSL No. 6439 L) in the Selection Grade Select List (SGSL) of Central Secretariat Services for the year 2014 (Deputy Secretary Grade) at S.No.102-A: above Shri Ram Charan Meena (CSL No. 6439 Q) (S.No.103) and below Shri Joseph Atul T Barla (CSL No. 6439 E) (S. No.102). The order is subject to the conditions stipulated in the aforementioned order dated 29.06.2022.
2. The inclusion of officer in SGSL-2014 will remain subject to further orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the Civil Appeal No. 629 of 2022 arising out of SLP(C) No. 30621/2011 titled Shri Jarnail Singh \& Ors. V. Lachhmi Narain Gupta \& Ors., and other connected matters.
