This office order details the pro-forma promotion to the Director grade for several Deputy Secretaries of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS). The promotions are granted following the inclusion of their names in the Senior Selection Grade list for 2010 and the subsequent promotion of their juniors. The order lists the officers promoted and their current deputation/training assignments. It also specifies that their pay and allowances will be regulated according to a previous departmental order dated June 17, 2010. A distribution list of recipients of this order is also provided.

Consequent upon inclusion of their names in the Senior Selection Grade (Director) Select List of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) for the year 2010 and consequent to the promotion of their juniors to the grade of Director of CSS, the Competent Authority has approved grant of pro-forma promotion as Director w. e. f.21-09-2010 under the Next Below Rule to the following Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of CSS presently on deputation/training as per details indicated against their names:-
