This document details the promotion of two officers, Shri M M Singh and Shri T H Franklin, from CSS Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) to Director, effective July 5th, 2012. The promotion is based on their inclusion in the CSS Senior Selection Grade Select List, 2012. Shri M M Singh’s promotion is contingent upon completing mandatory Level ‘F’ training. ORDER
Consequent upon inclusion of their names in the CSS Senior Selection Grade Select List, 2012 vide this Department’s O.M. of even number dated $7^{\text {th }}$ June, 2013 the under mentioned officers of CSS Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) are promoted as Director w.e.f $5^{\text {th }}$ July, 2012, i.e., from the date their juniors have been promoted:
i) Shri M M Singh
ii) Shri T H Franklin
2. The promotion of Shri M M Singh as Director is subject to his undergoing and completing the mandatory Level ‘ $F$ ‘ training under CSS CTP in the next slot.
2. On promotion as Director, their pay would be fixed under FR 27 at the stage it would have reached, had they been promoted from the date the officer immediately below him was promoted, but no arrears would be admissible.
