ORDER
Consequent upon inclusion of his name in the CSS Senior Selection Grade (Director) Select List, 2008, vide this O.M of even number dated 18th October, 2013 Shri Tarsem Lal whose name appears at the top of the Select List at S.No. 0 above the name of Ms. Gayatri Sharma (CSL No. 2127) is promoted as Director on regular basis w.e.f 29th September, 2009 i.e., from the date his juniors was promoted.
2. On promotion as Director, his pay would fixed under F.R. 27 at the stage it would have reached, had he been promoted from the date the officer immediately below him i.e Ms. Gayatri Sharma was promoted, but no arrears would be admissible.
