Consequent upon his empanelment for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent under the Central Staffing Scheme, Shri Navin Soi, CSS officer of SGSL 1995 (CSL No.2064) is hereby appointed as Joint Secretary (in situ) in SAG grade with immediate effect in his current place of posting, i.e., Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development.
