ORDER
In continuation to this Department’s Order No. 3/1/2017-CS.I(D) dated 27.09.2018, approval of the President is hereby conveyed for inclusion of Shri Mahendra Kumar, CSL No. 5402, in the Senior Selection Grade Select List (SSGSL) of Central Secretariat Services (CSS) for the year 2017 (Director Grade) at S.No. 67A: above Shri Manik Mandal (CSL No. 5438) (S.No. 68) and below Shri K.K. Daimary (CSL No. 5317) (S.No. 67). The order is subject to the conditions stipulated in the aforementioned order dated 27.09.2018.
2. The inclusion of the officer in SSGSL 2017 will remain subject to further orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the Civil Appeal No. 629 of 2022 arising out of SLP(C) No. 30621/2011 titled Shri Jarnail Singh \& Ors. Vs. Lachhmi Narain Gupta \& Ors., And other connected matters.
