OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Combined Section Officers’/Stenographers’ (Gr.’B’/Gr.I) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination 2006, 2007 \& 2008- allocation of candidates -regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated $22^{\text {nd }}$ September, 2011 on the subject mentioned above.
2. While majority of the candidates have furnished their Personal particulars including the option for posting, the information in respect of some candidates(List enclosed) who have qualified Combined Section officers/Stenographers’ (Grade B/Grade I) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2006, 2007 and 2008 in the grade of Section Officer have not been received from the cadre units so far. The defaulting cadre units are again requested to forward the personal information of the candidates to this Department, by 10.10.11 positively. In the absence of the said particulars, it shall be presumed that the candidates have no preference with regard to their posting.
