Sir/ Madam,
I am directed to invite attention of the candidates concerned to this Department’s letters / circulars uploaded on the website of this Department from time to time and letters sent through speed post advising the candidates to submit their willingness to join the Assistants’ (Now Assistant Section Officer) Grade of CSS on the basis of result of CGLE, 2014 and also to send the attestation forms and their medical examination report.
- However the following candidates either failed to submit the required documents or the documents submitted by them are not in proper format or did not respond to communications / notice on the website at all.

The candidates mentioned above, if they so desire, shall submit their willingness within seven days from the date of this notice i.e. by 16.09.2016 and submit the required documents as per the notice dated 06.08.2016 before 30.09.2016. If no communication is received by the candidates before the due date, it would be presumed that the candidates have nothing to say against the cancellation of their candidature.
