NOTICE
Subject: Offer of appointment to all nominated candidates for mandatory foundational training (2nd batch) at Chandigarh commencing from 03.10.2016.
The candidates who have been nominated for mandatory training (2nd batch) at Chandigarh commencing from 03.10.2016 have been issued offer of appointment to their present addresses as mentioned in their attestation form by Speed Post.
- All the candidates are hereby informed that they should report DR. P.V. Rao, Course Director, Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration (MGSIPA), Sector – 26, Institutional Area, Chandigarh at 9.00 A.M on 30.09.2016 for the mandatory foundational training. (Tel: 0172-279094)

The candidates should take the following documents with them at the time of reporting for training:-
(i) Original Caste Certificate, PwD Certificate; in case of reserved category
(ii) Original educational certificates;
(iii) Certificate relating to the date of birth; age relaxation, if any.
- The nominated candidates who are already in Government service may produce this offer of appointment in their respective Departments where they are presently working and get relieving order along with vigilance clearance certificate. In the absence of relieving order such candidates will not be allowed to join the mandatory training at Chandigarh.
