NOTICE

Subject: Nomination of candidates for mandatory training (Third Batch) at Hyderabad commencing from 07.11.2016

The candidates mentioned in the Annexure-I and Annexure-II have been provisionally nominated for the mandatory training of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) scheduled to be held at Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Human Resource Development Institute (MCRHRDI), Hyderabad based on their willingness received from them. The number of candidates for nomination at Hyderabad has been restricted to 80 (Eighty) due to administrative reasons.
2. The date and time (either $3^{\text {rd }}$ or $4^{\text {th }}$ November, 2016) for reporting at MCRHRDI by each candidate will be informed by ISTM in their website (www.istm.gov.in). Candidates are advised to keep visiting ISTM website regularly for updates. Failure to report for training may lead to cancellation of the candidature.
3. The candidates should take the following documents with them at the time of reporting for training:
i. Original Caste Certificate, PwD; in case of reserved category
ii. Original educational certificates;
iii. Certificate relating to the date of birth; age relaxation, if any.
4. The candidates who are already in Government service may produce Offer of Appointment letter to their organizations/departments and get proper relieving orders alongwith vigilance clearance. Without proper relieving orders, candidates in Government service will not be allowed to join the Training.
5. Candidates can collect their Offer of Appointment in person on 19.10.16 (Wednesday) from this Department (A- Wing, $2^{\text {nd }}$ Floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan) with any one of the ID proof document. Otherwise, it will be sent by Speed post to their present addresses mentioned in the Attestation Form.
6. The next batch of training will be intimated in due course.
