CORRIGENDUM
Subject: Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2017- Intimation regarding preappointment formalities for the post of Assistant Section Officers’ (ASO) Grade (Group B, Non-Gazetted) of Central Secretariat Service (CSS).
Reference is invited to DoP\&T’s Letter of even number dated 09.01.2020 on the subject mentioned above. Para 15 of the letter may be read as
15. The offer of appointment when made will also be subject to the following condition:
“the appointment to the post of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) in Central Secretariat Service (CSS) on the basis of CGLE 2017 shall be subject to the final outcome of the WP No. 234/2018 filed by Shri Shantanu Kumar \& Ors before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as the case may be”
