Subject: Inclusion of name of Shri Vijay Kumar Wali, Assistant in the SCSL of Assistants for the year 1991.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 30th May, 2005 vide which the SCSL of Assistants for the year 1991 was circulated.
- The Hon’ble High Court, Delhi in its judgement dated 3rd November, 2008 in CWP No. 6446/2002 in the case of Shri Vijay Kumar Wali Vs UOI has directed to restore the seniority of Shri Vijay Kumar Wali, Assistant in the Select List of Assistant.
- As per the inputs provided by the Ministry of Defence, the name of Shri Vijay Kumar Wali, Assistant is being incorporated in the Supplementary Common Seniority List of Assistants of CSS for the year 1991 as given below:
