The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions has released the All Secretariat Select List of Section Officers’ Grade for the year 1999. This list includes assistants approved for promotion based on seniority and those recommended for promotion as Section Officers based on the results of the LDCE by the UPSC. Any omissions or errors in the list can be brought to the department’s notice within 45 days for corrective action.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Sub: Draft All Secretariat Select List of Section Officers’ Grade for the year 1999.

The All Secretariat Select List of Section’s Officers’ Grade for the year 1999 has been prepared by taking one person in rotation from each of the following categories:

(a) Assistants’ approved for promotion on the basis of Seniority subject to rejection of the unfit.

(b) Assistants recommended for promotion as Section Officers on the basis of result of the LDCE by the UPSC.

Any omission/error found in the All Secretariat Select List 1999, which could be downloaded from this Ministry’s Website www.persmin.nic.in may be brought to the notice of this Department within 45 days from the date of issue of this OM for corrective action.
