A review was conducted regarding the inclusion of officers in suitability lists for the Senior Selection Grade (Director). As a result, certain officers have been added to appropriate suitability lists based on a DPC held on November 5th, 2014. This inclusion follows orders from the Central Administrative Tribunal. Consequently, the names of these officers will be removed from their previous positions in the CSS Sr. Selection Grade lists, while no changes are made for Shri Vijay Kumar.

Subject: Inclusion of officers in appropriate Suitability Lists / Select Lists of Senior Selection Grade (Director) consequent upon review
The undersigned is directed to say that in pursuance of the Hon’ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi’s order dated 30.11.2004 in OA No. 991/2003 (Shri Vijay Kumar \& Ors Vs. Union of India \& Ors) and order dated 12.05.2014 in OA No. 1334 / 2013 (Shri A.K. Singh Vs. Union of India \& Ors.), Smt. L. Indumathy (SC), Shri A.K. Sngh (SC), Shri Raj Kumar Gathwal (SC), Shri Vijay Kumar (SC) and Shri Narain Dass(SC) had been placed in appropriate previous years’ Select Lists of CSS Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary vide this Department’s O.M. of even number dated $27^{\text {th }}$ November 2013 by giving the benefit of the third proviso of Rule 12 (2) of erstwhile CSS Rules 1962. Their placement in the earlier DS SLs necessitated review of their cases for placements in the next higher grade of Director.
Consequently, a review DPC was held on $5^{\text {th }}$ November, 2014 and on its recommendations, the competent authority has approved inclusion of their names in appropriate Suitability / Select Lists of CSS Senior Selection Grade (Director) as under:

3. Consequently, the names of the four officers indicated in para 2 above shall be deleted from their respective places in CSS Sr. Selection Grade (Director) Suitability / Select Lists indicated in column 4 above and they shall be placed in Director’s Suitability / Select List as per column 5 above..
4. There is no change in the Select List of Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) in the case of Shri Vijay Kumar and consequently no change in the Senior Selection Grade (Director) in respect of him.
