Subject: Immovable Property Return for the year 2014 (as on 31.12.2014) – submission through cscms.nic.in regarding

Attention of nodal officers of Ministries/ Departments and individual CSS Officers is invited to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 15.1.2015 regarding furnishing of Immovable Property Return for the year ended 2014 through the web based cadre management system at cscms.nic.in The OM provides detailed instructions regarding the manner in which the IPR is to be submitted on line. However, in several cases the IPR status is shown as pending indicating that officers concerned only saved the information in the system and has not finally submitted the report.
2. Officers whose IPR submission status is shown as ‘pending’ in the web based system are advised to submit the same by using ‘final submission of IPR’ button in the IPR module of the system. Officers are advised to submit IPR through the system before 31.1.2015, failing which cadre clearance for deputation and training will not be given. Officers may refer to O.M. dated 15.1.2015 for guidance regarding submission of IPR and in case of any difficulty may contact the nodal officer of the Ministry/ Department or help line at Tele.: 24629890.
