A reminder has been issued regarding the submission of the Immovable Property Return (IPR) for the year 2014. Central Secretariat Service (CSS) officers are required to submit their IPR through the web-based Cadre Management System. Due to heavy traffic, officers are experiencing difficulties. To mitigate this, officers can file their IPR beyond office hours when the system is less congested. If online submission remains impossible, officers should submit their IPR in paper format to their offices by the specified date and subsequently file it through the online system.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Immovable Property Return for the year 2014 (as on 31.12.2014)—Submission through offline regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to Office Memorandums of even number dated 15.01.201, 21.01.2015 and 27.01.2015 on the subject mentioned above (available at persmin.nic.in →DoPT →Central Secretariat →CSS →Property Return).
- A large number of CSS Officers have not yet furnished the Immovable Property Return for the year ended 31.12.2014. As already informed, IPR should be submitted by all CSS Officers through the web Based Cadre Management System which is hosted at cscms.nic.in. However, officers are experiencing difficulties as large number of officers are accessing the system at the same time making it very slow. As the system is web based, officers may file IPR even beyond office hours when the system is less congested. If it is still not possible for any reason, they should furnish IPR return in paper format to their offices by the stipulated date i.e. 31.1.2015. They may subsequently file the same through cscms.nic.
