Sub:- Final allocation of S/Shri Ramesh Kumar, Subhash Chandra, Basant Vallabh Bisht, Vikram Singh Yadav, and Motilal Kapoor to Uttarakhand – reg.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the minutes of the meeting of State Advisory Committee, held on 26.08.2009 and to say that the representations S/Shri Ramesh Kumar, Subhash Chandra, Basant Vallabh Bisht, Vikram Singh Yadav, all Sameeksha Adhikaris and Motilal Kapoor, Private Secretary, while deliberating the representations, the Committee found that two of the above, Shri Ramesh Kumar and Shri Subhash Chandra belong to the SC category and one of them is covered under juniormost. Further, the Committee observed that Shri Motilal Kapoor has given two options within the prescribed time limit (15.06.2001) and the second option is without any conditions. Keeping in view his medical condition, the Committee accepted his second option and recommended his allocation to Uttarakhand. It further observed that even if S/Shri Ramesh Kumar, Subhash Chandra, Basant Vallabh Bisht, Vikram Singh Yadav, all Sameeksha Adhikaris and Motilal Kapoor, Private Secretary are allocated to Uttarakhand, it would be within the agreed limit of allocation of 328 personnel decided by both the States. The Committee has therefore, recommended for their allocation to Uttarakhand.
The Government of India has accepted the recommendations in view of the aforesaid grounds and accordingly S/Shri Ramesh Kumar, Subhash Chandra, Basant Vallabh Bisht, Vikram Singh Yadav, all Sameeksha Adhikaris and Motilal Kapoor, Private Secretary, stand allocated to Uttarakhand.
