Subject: Consideration of representation of Shri Harsh Kumar, Geologist, PWD – regarding
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to say that the State Advisory Committee in its meeting held on 20.10 .2009 considered the representation of Shri Harsh Kumar, Geologist, PWD. The representative of the Administrative Department, Uttar Pradesh informed in the meeting that the post of Geologist was created on 02.06.1980 for Head-quarter and the post was allotted to Uttarakhand vide OM dated 11.01.2001. The Committee therefore recommended to allocate Shri Harsh Kumar to Uttarakhand as the post of was allotted to Uttarakhand.
The Government of India had accepted the recommendation of the State Advisory Committee and accordingly the allocation of Shri Harsh Kumar, Geologist, PWD is hereby revised to Uttarakhand. The officer concerned may be apprised accordingly.
