Decision on Allocation of Erstwhile Uttar Pradesh Transport Department Class-IV Employees to Uttarakhand

D

The Government has recently finalized the allocation of several Class-IV employees who previously served in the Transport Department of the erstwhile State of Uttar Pradesh. Following a thorough review by a dedicated committee in early 2010, which considered their options and specific recommendations, the government has officially accepted their representations. These employees will now be formally allocated to the successor State of Uttarakhand. This decision marks a significant step in clarifying the service allocation for personnel affected by the state’s reorganization, ensuring a clear path forward for these individuals and instructing relevant officials to apprise them of their new assignments.
