It was noted during the deliberations that Shri Bothiyal is a native of Uttarakhand and belongs to a Scheduled Tribe, factors that were crucial under the existing guidelines for state allocation concerning Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe personnel. The committee, after careful consideration of his application, recommended its acceptance. The government has affirmed this recommendation, facilitating his transfer to his home state and emphasizing the structured approach to personnel management that takes into account individual circumstances and established policies.

महोदय,
ऊपर्युक्त विषय में मुझे यह कहने का निर्देश हुआ है कि परामर्शी समिति द्वारा दिनांक 10-07-2012 को आयोजित बैठक में श्री रूप सिंह बोधियाल, कनिष्ठ सहायक के अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति कार्मिकों के राज्य आवंटन संबंधित दिशानिर्देश के अंतर्गत राज्य पुनरावंटन पर पुनर्विचार किया गया । समिति को अवगत करवाया गया कि श्री रूप सिंह बोधियाल उत्तराखंड के मूल निवासी है तथा अनुसूचित जनजाति श्रेणी के कार्मिक है । समिति द्वारा विचारोपरांत उनके प्रत्यावेदन स्वीकृत करने की संस्तुति की गई ।
भारत सरकार समिति की संस्तुति से सहमत है तथा श्री रूप सिंह बोधियाल, कनिष्ठ सहायक का राज्य पुनरावंटन उत्तराखंड राज्य के लिए किया जाता है । संबंधित कार्मिक को आवंटन के बारे में अवगत करवा दिया जाए ।
