Sub.:- Decision on the representation of Shri Suresh Chandra Varma, Assistant Teacher, (Science and Maths), Rajkiya Senior Secondary School – reg.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the above mentioned subject and to say that Sh. Suresh Chandra Varma, Assistant Teacher (Science and Maths), Rajkiya Senior Secondary School, has requested for reallocation from Uttarakhand to Uttar Pradesh under the guidelines of medical hardship policy on the ground of his wife’s illness.
2. In this regard, it is to inform that the representation of Sh. Suresh Chandra Varma was considered by the Advisory Committee under the Chairmanship of Joint Secretary (AT\&A), DoPT in its meeting held on 18.07.2014 at New Delhi.
3 The recommendations of the Committee are as under:
“Suresh Chandra Varma, Asstt. Teacher (Science\& Maths), Rajkiya Sr. Secondary School had requested for re-allocation to UP on the ground that his wife is very ill. No medical certificate was submitted.
The Committee rejected the request as no Medical Certificate enclosed.”
4. The Govt. of India has accepted the recommendation of the Advisory Committee as mentioned in Para 3 above.
5. Since, Sh. Suresh Chandra Varma has not submitted his medical certificate in support of his wife’s illness along with his representation for re-allocation as required under the guidelines. His request has been rejected as recommended by the Advisory Committee.6. The above officer concerned may be intimated accordingly.
