Subject: Decision on the representation of from Shri Salgu Yadav, Tractor Driver of Jail Department in compliance of High Court Allahabad, Lucknow Bench order dated 12.12.2007
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the directions of the Hon’ble High Court, Lucknow Bench order dated 12.12.2007 and to say that the representations received from Shri Salgu Yadav, Tractor Driver for reallocation to Uttar Pradesh was considered by the Committee headed by Dr. S.K. Sarkar, JS in its meeting held on 23.6.2009. The Committee recommended to accept his representation on the grounds that his date of superannuation is within one year ( 31.01 .2010 ) of the consideration of the representation and allowed him to continue in Uttar Pradesh.
The Government of India has accepted the recommendation of the committee and accordingly Shri Salgu Yadav, Tractor Driver is allowed to continue in Uttar Pradesh. Officer concerned may kindly be apprised of the position.
