I am directed to say that the representation of the following Class-IV employees of the erstwhile State of Uttar Pradesh were considered by the Committee headed by Dr. S.K. Sarker, Joint Secretary in its meeting held on 24.8.2009. The Committee considered the cases in the light of Communication No.14(C)/03/2006-SRS dated 2.11.2007 and made the following recommendations:
