This document clarifies the process for personnel allocation following recommendations from the State Advisory Committee. It states that Final Allocation Orders are issued only for personnel allocated to Uttarakhand. If representations against the tentative allocation list are accepted by the Committee, the individual’s name is removed from the final allocation list, and no further communication is sent by the Government of India, as they are automatically allocated to Uttar Pradesh. The letter refers to a list of 26 personnel whose cases were recommended for acceptance in previous meetings, noting that communications had not yet been issued by the Government of India for these cases.
