Sub.: Payment of family pension and other retirement benefits to the family of late Shri Ram Ashish, Sub-inspector (civil police) – regarding

Sir,

I am directed to refer to the minutes of the meeting of the State Advisory Committee held on 17-6-2010 and to say that the Committee has recommended for payment of retirement benefits to the family of Shri Ram Ashish, Sub-Inspector of civil police by the Government of U.P. since he passed away on 15-10-2009 before joining Uttarakhand on his relieving from U.P.

1. The Government of India has accepted the recommendations of the Committee which is based on the guidelines and accordingly the retirement benefits of Shri Ram Ashish shall be paid by the Government of U.P. to his family.
