Sir,
I am directed to say that the representation dt. 26.08.2009 of Shri Jwala Prasad, Runner, Home Guards in pursuance of direction dt. 28.07.2009 of Hon’ble Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench, was considered by the Committee headed by Joint Secretary, Govt. of India in its meeting held on 24.02.2010. His representation was rejected vide order dt. 19.04.2010 on the ground that his representation had already been rejected by the SAC in its meeting held on 11.03.2004 and allocated being juniormost. The matter was reviewed by the Advisory Committee in its meeting held on 15-06-2011. During the meeting, the Departmental representative informed that ‘Runner’ is a Class IV post.
2. The Committee has recommended for allocation of Shri Jwala Prasad to Uttar Pradesh in terms of letter No.14(C)/03/2006-SRS dated 02-11-2007 according to which Class IV employees are to be allocated as per their options only.
3. The Govern: :t of India has accepted the recommendations of the Committee and accordingly iic aliocation of Shri Jwala Prasad, Runner is revised io i’tar Pradesh.
