This document details a decision regarding the re-allocation of Junior Engineers from Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand under SC/ST guidelines. An Advisory Committee meeting on July 18, 2014, considered representations from SC/ST employees. However, four specific cases (Dinesh Singh Rawat, Kalam Singh, Harish Kumar Tolia, and Mahipal Singh Jangapangi) were recommended for rejection. The reason for rejection is that these officers joined service after the appointed day and are therefore not eligible for re-allocation under the UP Reorganization Act, 2000. The Government of India has accepted these recommendations, and the concerned authorities are requested to dispose of the representations accordingly.
