Government Decision on Retention of Homeguard Department Employees in Uttar Pradesh

This communication from the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, addresses the retention of specific Homeguard Department employees in Uttar Pradesh. Following an Advisory Committee meeting on March 13, 2015, it was noted that certain officials belonging to the District Cadre were initially relieved for Uttarakhand. However, the Committee recommended that these individuals, identified as Shri Ramjeet Tiwari (Driver), Shri Krishnakant Trivedi (Dak Runner), and Shri Ehsanullah (Driver), should be retained in Uttar Pradesh. The Competent Authority has approved these recommendations, and the concerned officials are to be informed of this decision.

Subject: Retention of employees of the Homeguard Department in UP – reg.

Sir,

I am directed to refer to the minutes of the Advisory Committee meeting held 13.03.2015 and to say that the Committee noted that the following officials of Homeguard Department belong to the District Cadre and hence are deemed to be allocated to UP. However, administrative department relieved them for Uttarakhand at their level. Hence the Committee recommended that they shall be retained in the State of Uttar Pradesh.

(i) Shri Ramjeet Tiwari, Driver, Lucknow
(ii) Shri Krishnakant Trivedi, Dak Runner
(iii) Shri Ehsanullah, Driver

  1. The Competent Authority has approved recommendations of the Advisory Committee. The concerned officials may be apprised of the decision.
