Sir,
I am directed to refer to the above mentioned subject and to say that the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Gwalior directed Union of India on 06.01.2010 in W.P. No. 5057/2008 to decide the representation of the petitioner by passing a fresh order in the matter of allocation taking into account the placement of the petitioner at Sl. No. 3667-A in the gradation list as on 31.10.2000.
- On the basis of comments of Department of Water Resources the representation of Shri Parmal Singh Raghuvanshi was considered by the Central Government, consequent upon correction of his seniority rank from 4665 to 3667-A in the gradation list of Sub-Engineers as on 31.10.2000 and decided to revise his allocation from Chhattisgarh to Madhya Pradesh.

Shri Raghuvanshi may be informed of the decision of the Central Government and he may be re-allocated to the State of Madhya Pradesh from Chhattisgarh under intimation to this Department.

I am directed to refer to the above mentioned subject and to say that the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh directed on 10/12/2009 in WP No. 5309/2005 inter-alia Union Of India to decide the representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
2. The representation of petitioner dated 28.12 .2009 for revision of his state cadre from Chhatisgarh to Madhya Pradesh was examined in the light of this Department’s letter No. 27/26/2006-SRS dated the $24^{\text {th }}$ June, 2010 regarding clarification on allocation of SC/ST employees between the successor states in connection with reorganization of States and it has been decided to revise the state allocation of the petitioner from Chhatisgarh to Madhya Pradesh.
- It is requested that the petitioner may be informed of the decision of the Central Government for revision of State Cadre and he may be re-allocated from Chhatisgarh to Madhya Pradesh under intimation to this Department.
