Subject: Allocation of State to Shri Santosh Kumar Asati, Sub- Engineer (Rs. 6500-150-9100), Panchayat and Rural Development Department.

Sir,

I am directed to refer to the above mentioned subject and to say that the case of Shri Santosh Kumar Asati, Sub- Engineer (Rs. 6500-150-9100), Panchayat & Rural Development Department for allocation of State cadre was considered by the Committee in its meeting held under the Chairmanship of Shri Rajeev Kapoor, JS (A & AT & SR) on 03.09.2010 at New Delhi. The Committee has recommended his allocation to the State of Madhya Pradesh as per his eligibility on the basis of his seniority rank in the gradation list, on the recommendations of the State Government.

1. The Central Government has decided to allocate him to the State of Madhya Pradesh as recommended by the Committee. Accordingly he is finally allocated to the said State under Section 68 (2) of M.P. Reorganisation Act 2000 w.e.f. 01.11.2000.

1. The Central Government has decided to revise their State allocation from the State of Chhattisgarh to the State of Madhya Pradesh as recommended by the Committee. Accordingly the State allocation of above State Government employees stand revised from Chhattisgarh to Madhya Pradesh in partial modification of their earlier allocation orders.
2. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter and take necessary action for the implementation of this order.
