Subject:- Revision of state allocation of Dr. K. K. Jain, Medical Officer.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to the above mentioned subject and to say that on the basis of comments of Department of Public Health and Family Welfare the representation dated 07/01/2007 of Dr. K. K. Jain, Medical Officer was considered by the State Advisory Committee in its $16^{\text {th }}$ meeting held on 20/04/2011 and the Committee recommended his re-allocation to the state of Madhya Pradesh in the pay scale of Rs. $10,000-325-15200$ as his junior medical officers were also allocated to the state of Madhya Pradesh. The central Government has accepted the recommendations of the Committee for revision of State allocation of Dr. Jain, Medical Officer, from Chhattisgarh to Madhya Pradesh.
2. Dr. Jain is hereby re-allocated to the State of Madhya Pradesh from the State of Chhattisgarh in partial modification of allocation order No. 85/2002 dated 12.09.2002. The State Government may issue order of revision of allocation of Dr. Jain parallel to this order under intimation to this Department.
